The RFP process is vital to support the development of new college readiness programs in the Rio Grande Valley. ENCORE invites community-based (grassroots) organizations looking to develop and/or support an infrastructure for mobilization of college readiness efforts in their communities to participate in this RFP process. Our overarching goal is to create a college-going culture and to graduate students from high school ready for a college education across South Texas.

Texas Valley Communities Foundation awards grants to community-based non-profit organizations through a competitive RFP process. Please click in the links below to download the 2009 ENCORE RFP Application and the ENCORE RFP Guidelines & Policies.
