The ENCORE Marketing Development Campaign for College Readiness has been designed to provide public awareness through the implementation of an earned media strategy aimed at changing attitudes about the importance of higher education and college readiness in South Texas.

The ENCORE Television and Radio Shows features key stakeholders from the community in interactive Television and Radio Shows providing a valuable information on different college readiness topics useful for students and parents to improve their quality of life through education. ENCORE has partnered with Television, Radio and Print to promote the importance of higher education and college readiness to the entire community.

ENCORE partners with organizations to provide them with the resources, tools, and information they need to develop strategic programs to improve college readiness efforts for their students and parents. These strategic programs are tested and used to advocate for policy change to increase the production of "college ready" students.

The ENCORE Program is a dynamic platform for corporate, foundations and non-profit organizations to work together in the Rio Grande Valley to promote the importance of higher education and college readiness for underserved populations, particularly Hispanic and low-income students. ENCORE addresses critical college and career readiness concerns and focuses on systemic solutions.
