Engaging Communities for College Readiness (ENCORE) Annual Conference is an event to celebrate the importance of a higher education and college readiness.

Hundreds of Hispanic secondary students and their parents participate in interactive college tours, bilingual hands-on career investigation sessions and customized workshops in the areas of financial aid, college readiness and leadership development. All workshops and sessions are conducted by ENCORE partners including community-based organizations, educational entities and Fortune 500 corporations.

Students and parents have an opportunity to explore different career paths in the fields of science, engineering and business as they interact with college students and university professors.
